Alison Breadon
Markets Senior Partner, East Midlands, PwC
Ali leads PwC’s Government and Health Industries teams across our three Midlands offices in Birmingham, the East Midlands and Milton Keynes. Ali is a Risk Assurance specialist and has supported organisations in all parts of the public sector since joining the firm in 1996.
Ali has extensive experience of managing large NHS, Education and local government assurance engagements in the Midlands and has led a wide range of advisory work to public sector entities, particularly support on governance.
Andrew Pritchard
Director of Policy & Infrastructure, East Midlands Councils
Andrew is responsible for EMCs work on infrastructure, transport (including rail franchising) and development. Acting as the principal advisor to Transport for the East Midlands (TfEM) chaired by the Mayor of Leicester Sir Peter Soulsby and to the HS2 Executive Board chaired by the Leader of Nottinghamshire County Council Cllr Kay Cutts MBE. Andrew is also the professional lead for the EMCs Low Cost CPD programme for planners. In addition, he provides policy support to Midlands Connect, the sub-national transport body for the Midlands, and to the project tram working to establish a locally led development corporation in the East Midlands.
Jon Marston

Jon is the Regional Managing Director for Galliford Try Building, who is responsible for delivering work across the wider East Midlands.
Jon has widespread experience in working in both Public and Private Sectors providing facilities for our communities. This includes schemes of all shapes and sizes across many markets such as private Residential, Healthcare, Education, Defence and Offices. Most recently Jon and his team have successfully delivered the Broadmarsh Car Park, Bus Station, Retail and Public Realm in collaboration with Nottingham City Council.
