Pre-Registration Closed for East Midlands Expo

Pre-registration is closed – but no worries, you can still attend the event free of charge, please register with our event team upon arrival and they will provide you with your badge. Please see below key information for Monday:-

Please find below the key information to help you make the most of your day:

  1. Venue & Parking
    📍 East Midlands Conference Centre, Beeston Lane, Nottingham, NG7 2RJ
    Use the West Entrance and follow signs to EMCC (on your right). Barriers will be open.
    Parking is free – please follow Marshalls’ directions. If parked outside of the main venue and hotel car park – on university parking, please collect and display a free parking permit (from car park Marshall) . Car sharing is encouraged.
  2. Opening Times
    Doors open from 9:00 AM.
    Enjoy coffee on arrival with i61 Coffee (Foyer) and Nespresso (Main Hall).
  3. Badge Collection
    Collect your pre-printed badge and lanyard from the event reception on arrival.
  4. Speed Networking
    Two sessions: 9:20–10:05 AM and 10:20–11:05 AM, hosted by Nottingham City Business Club.
    Spaces are limited – please register at reception.
  5. Seminar
    🕐 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM, Main Theatre
    “Investing in Success: Why the East Midlands is on the Up” – an inspiring session not to be missed.
  6. Soup & Sarnie Networking (Ticketed Event)
    If you’ve booked, collect your ticket from reception when collecting your badge.
    Takes place 2:15 PM in the Atrium, hosted by Nottingham Women in Construction.
  7. Hospitality Zone
    New for 2025! Sponsored and hosted by RSVIP – network, relax, and explore ideas for future events, meetings & parties.
  8. QR Codes
    All badges include a QR code with your name, company, and email.
    We recommend using the free app QRBOT (available on App Store and Google Play) to easily connect with exhibitors and other delegates.
  9. Wi-Fi
    Free and available throughout the venue – no password required.
  10. Photography & Videography
    Content will be captured throughout the day by Chalkboard Creative and photographers Spike Photography, John McLean Photography, and Steve Edwards Photography.
