A Sales Adviser at Barratt Homes North Midlands has earned a 100% Customer Service award after great feedback from customers in Leicester.
Hannah Gretton, who is based at the homebuilder’s New Lubbesthorpe development on Tay Road, received the accolade from her employer for providing an excellent service to new homebuyers.
She’s been with Barratt Homes since January 2017 having previously worked in the hospitality sector.
Hannah said: “I was thrilled that all of my customers appreciated the hard work and effort the site team and I have put in to making sure they have a smooth, memorable journey.
“I love moving people into their new homes! It’s rewarding seeing the excitement on the customers’ faces when I hand over the keys, and it’s great knowing I’ve been an integral part of this.
“The reward reflects how dedicated and passionate I am with my role, making sure all of my customers are happy throughout the process from reservation all the way through to completion.”
Each day is different for Hannah; from managing new enquiries and assisting people with getting financially qualified, to helping customers exchange and personalise their home through Barratt Homes’ Choices range.
Outlining the top three priorities for maintaining good customer service, she added: “The customer’s journey is number one. We look after everyone from the day they schedule their appointment until long after they’ve moved in.
“Secondly, I offer our customers visits during the different build stages and pre-plaster tours, and I’ll also send photos of the progression of their new home.
“Then there’s the after care and providing our customers with the reassurance of having us there if they need anything, even after they get the keys.”
Following the results of the Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual New Homes Survey, Barratt Homes was recently recognised as a five star housebuilder for the 11th successive year, meaning over 90% of customers would recommend the developer to a friend or family member.
