Green Lane Networkcentre, Featherstone, is almost fully let after the latest SME signed up for the popular industrial park.
Asset management specialists NSM agreed terms with roofing product specialists The Roof Shack which supplies a large range of high-quality roofing products for trade and DIY customers.
The Roof Shack agreed a three-year lease on Unit 8, which offers 1581 sq. ft for the growing company.
Green Lane Networkcentre is situated just off Boothroyd Way near the A655. The site overall provides 30,691 sq. ft of 20 high quality self-contained workspace units. Other tenants currently on the site include: I Care (GB) Ltd, Emergency Medical Transports Ltd and Prestige Work Surfaces Ltd.
The site also benefits from HD CCTV and is a secure gated estate with 24hr access, 5m eaves and internal repairing leases. The units range from 781 to 2,653 sq. ft and a modern specification and build throughout.
