Four site managers building new homes at four different housing developments across the West Midlands region have won awards for the quality of construction on their sites.
Jamie Smith, James Bridges, Stuart Parker and Leigh Larkins all work for Tamworth-based housebuilder Bellway West Midlands and have been recognised with Pride in the Job Quality Awards from the National House Building Council.
Jamie is site manager at Sheasby Park in Fradley, near Lichfield, James is responsible for The Spinney in Shrewsbury, Stuart oversees construction at Royal Park in Nuneaton and Leigh manages the team at Evelyn Gardens in Branston, near Burton on Trent.
Pride in the Job awards are presented to site managers for their dedication, commitment and leadership in producing homes of exceptional quality.
Bellway has a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation after more than 90 per cent of its customers said that they would recommend a Bellway home to their friends and family.
Nick Edmond, Construction Manager for Bellway West Midlands, said: “We are committed to building high-specification homes for house-hunters in the region.
“The fact that four of our site managers have won prestigious Pride in the Job awards shows the high quality of work taking place at developments across the West Midlands division.
“I am immensely proud of Jamie, James, Stuart and Leigh for earning this award. It is a testament to the hard work, dedication and professionalism that they display at all times and this award is well deserved for all four of them.”
The winning site managers have now been put forward for a Seal of Excellence award. The winners will be announced on Friday 23 October.
Bellway West Midlands is building new homes across the region, with developments in the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.
