A public consultation has been launched into a major new mixed-use regeneration project in Birmingham.
The project in Digbeth could see up to 550 new apartments built on land bounded by Belmont Passage and Montague Street.
Government body Homes England is leading the scheme whose designs also include commercial property and other open space.
The application site is currently occupied by a Volkswagen dealership.
