A new housing development in Cawston, Rugby, is nearly complete after three years of construction, with all the properties now sold.
Ashberry Homes has built a total of 257 homes at Tilia Park, off Coventry Road, including a mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties for private sale and 103 affordable homes available for local people through shared ownership or rent.
The final families are due to move into their new homes in the summer when construction on site comes to an end.
Heidi Higgins, Sales Manager for Ashberry Homes East Midlands, said: “All the homes at Tilia Park have now been sold and we are looking forward to welcoming these final few buyers into their new homes over the coming weeks.
“Purchasers here have been attracted by the location which, like many of our developments, is well-connected for commuter routes by road or rail and great local amenities, yet also with village life and peaceful countryside on the doorstep. At Tilia Park, Rugby town centre and railway station are both just a few miles from home, while the M45, M6 and M1 are all also within easy reach.
“Our customers here also appreciate the high-quality of construction and the attractive surroundings of their new homes.
“As well as delivering much needed new housing, we’ve also provided open space and play areas for people to enjoy.”
Ashberry Homes is also building new homes elsewhere in its East Midlands region, including at Oaklands in Tamworth and Hartshorne View in Hartshorne, Derbyshire.
