Established Lincoln property developer, Stirlin, have commenced construction on a new phase at their Leafbridge Business Park in Hykeham.
Stirlin were granted planning consent from North Kesteven District Council last year for the new phase of units to be constructed on the development.
The new 6,000 sq ft building will form the final phase of existing units on the development within Freya Court, which are now all sold subject to contract and occupied by various businesses.
Leafbridge is a 44-acre commercial development situated on Station Road in North Hykeham, adjacent to the Hykeham Railway Station.
The latest phase, expected to be completed in Summer 2021, will offer four industrial units with the potential to support up to 16 new jobs.
Each unit will measure approximately 1,509 sq ft (with larger requirements met by combining two units) and include dedicated parking.
James Kirby, Founder and owner of Stirlin, said: “We’re excited to have commenced construction on the new phase of units at Leafbridge. The completion of Building E will be a significant milestone for Stirlin, as we will have developed over 200,000 sq ft of property since being founded in 2007.
“We have already seen a high demand for the new phase, with Unit E3 and Unit E4 sold subject to contract, leaving only two units available. Designs are being prepared for further phases on the site, so we’d welcome any interested investors or businesses to get in touch with our team with their exact requirements.”
