Work has started on refurbishing two vacant industrial and warehouse properties which will offer over 100,000 sq ft of Grade A space.
Previously occupied by Knights of Old, the properties were acquired by Cabot’s Industrial Value Fund VII in April.
Located at Kettering Venture Park in Northamptonshire, the site covers 8.11 acres. It features two detached units, including Cabot Kettering 86, an 86,148 sq ft warehouse and Cabot Kettering 15, a 15,233 sq ft building.
The units will be available together or separately, with Cabot Kettering 86 including an additional 14,000 sq ft covered loading canopy.
